Youth Judging

As consideration for my child being allowed to engage in this activity, I give my consent for my child listed in this online form to participate in Ohio Region Classic Car Club of America (ORCCCA) Youth Judging Program (the “Program”), and agree to the following: I understand that my child and/or myself may be photographed and/or recorded by ORCCCA, its agents, and/or the media during my child’s participation in the Program. On behalf of my child and myself, I grant ORCCCA permission to copyright, use, and/or publish my own or my child’s name, and/or photographs or pictures submitted to ORCCCA or taken by ORCCCA in which my own or my child’s voice, image, likeness, or appearance is featured. I understand and agree that I do not have any right to any compensation in connection with ORCCCA’s use of my own or my child’s name, voice, image likeness or appearance in connection with the Program.

I acknowledge that this activity may involve some element of inherent risk. By signing below, I agree on behalf of myself, my child, and for my heirs, executors and administrators, to release, hold harmless, and not to institute any claim against ORCCCA and its related and affiliated entities, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives (collectively referred to herein as “ORCCCA”) for any and all damages (including consequential, incidental and punitive damages), liability, losses, costs, taxes, expenses, and/or legal fees whatsoever arising from or in connection with my own or my child’s participation in the Program, unless caused by ORCCCA’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. This includes, without limitation, claims based on personal injury, wrongful death, emotional distress, property damage, conversion, libel, slander, defamation, invasion of privacy/publicity, portrayal in a false light, any claim relating to the exercise of the rights granted above, and any other claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to my child’s participation in the Program.

This agreement is entered into in the State of Ohio, and the laws of this state shall apply to any dispute concerning this agreement, without regard to this state’s conflicts of law provisions.

BY GIVING CONSENT AND ACCEPTING THIS ONLINE FORM, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR CHILD’S RIGHT AND YOUR RIGHT TO RECOVER FROM ORCCCA IN A LAWSUIT FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, TO YOUR CHILD OR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT RESULTS FROM THE RISKS THAT ARE A NATURAL PART OF THE ACTIVITY. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO ACCEPT AND CONSENT, AND ORCCCA HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO LET YOUR CHILD PARTICIPATE IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND CONSENT TO THIS ONLINE FORM.
